Tiered Cake & Sugar Peony

Sunday 1st December 2019, 11am (7.5 hours) - THIS IS CLASS IS ALSO PART OF OUR CAKE DESIGN DIPLOMA

Enjoy the grand finale of the Cake Design Diploma course, with this class about tiered cakes and peonies.


Learn how to prepare and stack a 3-tier wedding cake, make a sugar peony, blossoms and foliage, paint one tier with metallic colours and texture it, add a piped border and the oh-so-popular Mr & Mrs writing.


This class is performed on real and dummy cakes.


The workshop shall be held in English with a translation into French.


For this workshop, we accept a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 participants.




Cancellation of participation is allowed not later than 30 days prior to the event.

In case the minimum amount of students is not achieved, we reserve the right to cancel the workshop and immediately refund the fee.
