Masterclass - Advanced Royal Icing

Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 January 2020, 11am (15 hours)


IMPORTANT!! As regards PAYMENT, here on the right you can choose between making a DEPOSIT (€ 100) or the FULL PAYMENT (€ 350). Please, remember that the deposit is non-refundable and that you will be asked to pay for the balance on the event's day.


This advanced class will teach you all the finest techniques of royal icing, from the most classic to the most modern ones.

Techniques include: runout collar, trellis, oriental stringwork, overpiped borders and scrolls, swag lines, lace pieces.

This class is for learners having some foundations of royal icing.

The class is held on 2 days and will be performed on dummies.

A maximum of 6 students will be admitted.

Cancellation of participation is allowed not later than 30 days prior to the event.

In case the minimum amount of students is not achieved, we reserve the right to cancel the workshop and immediately refund the fee.
